    All pet products are stored and shipped from our local U.S. fulfillment warehouse. Once your order passes payment verification and stock inspection, we will arrange packaging and dispatch within 1–3 business days.
  2. Delivery Time Estimate

    After shipment confirmation, standard domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days. The full cycle from order placement to receipt ranges from 4–8 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal public holidays.
  3. Shipping Cost Benefit

    We provide completely free standard shipping for every order shipped to any continental U.S. address, with zero extra handling, packaging or delivery surcharges of any kind.
  4. Sales Tax Rules

    According to West Virginia and Florida state tax regulations, applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your exact shipping zip code. No cross-border customs fees apply as we only ship within the United States.
