We offer a 14-day return policy for all orders placed on furbuddyqq.us, which means you have 14 calendar days after your package is successfully delivered to submit a return request for our pet furniture, cat scratchers, dog leashes and all matching pet accessories. Any return requests submitted beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted under standard conditions.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a full return, your item must meet all the below requirements:
- The product remains unused, unassembled, free of pet fur, bite marks, stains or surface scratches caused by pets or improper use.
- All original factory packaging, attached accessories (cat litter mats, braided rope toys, assembly screws, instruction manuals and product labels) must be fully intact and included.
- You must provide your official order confirmation or delivery receipt as valid proof of purchase.
Items shipped back to our warehouse without prior approval from our support team will be rejected and returned to you at your own cost.
How to Start a Return
- Send a formal return request email to support@furbuddyqq.us, including your order number, clear photos of the undamaged complete product set, and your specific reason for returning.
- Our customer service team will review your submission within 24 business hours. If your request is approved, we will email a prepaid return shipping label together with detailed repacking and drop-off instructions.
- Repack all items securely in the original carton, stick the provided return label on the outside, and drop off the package at the assigned carrier location.
Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Items
Please fully inspect your order right after delivery. If your goods arrive with manufacturing defects, transit damage, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately via email with supporting photos. We will assess the issue promptly and provide a full solution at no extra cost to you. All return shipping fees for defective, damaged or mis-shipped products are fully covered by our brand.
Voluntary Customer Returns
If you simply change your mind, find the size/style unsuitable, or the item fails to match your home decor, we still cover all return shipping costs for US customers. No hidden restocking fees will be charged for any pet supply returns.
Non-Returnable Exceptions
The following product categories cannot be returned once delivered:
- Perishable pet food, snacks, treats and organic plant-based pet care supplies
- Custom personalized pet furniture, custom engraved collars and made-to-order pet decor
- Single-use pet hygiene products including disposable cat litter bags, grooming wipes and disposable paw covers
- Clearance sale discounted items and digital gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, reach out to our support team for confirmation before sending back goods.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchange shipments. The fastest way to get your desired size, color or alternative pet product is to complete the full return process first. Once your return is received and verified, you may place a brand new separate order for the replacement item on our website.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to European Union territories, you hold the statutory right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason with no justification required. The same eligibility rules apply: items must stay unused, with all original packaging, tags and accessories intact, alongside valid purchase proof.
Refund Timeline
Our warehouse team will inspect your returned package within 3 business days after arrival. Once inspection is passed and your refund is approved, funds will be automatically sent back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank and credit card providers may add extra processing time for the funds to reflect in your account, which is outside our control.
If over 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you still have not received your money, email us at support@furbuddyqq.us for follow-up assistance.
